Timesheets

Monday January 20, 2014 is a University Holiday (Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday) and is also the established employee submission date for Web Time Entry (WTE) Timesheets.  Therefore, the WTE employee submission day/time will be extended to Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at 12:00 pm. (noon).  Employees should be encouraged to submit their timesheet before Tuesday, if possible. 

The approver deadline remains at Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at 6:00 p.m.

Emergency Closure

Monday January 6, 2014 and Tuesday January 7, 2014 were Emergency Closure days for Wayne State University. Employees who regularly submit a timesheet biweekly should code those days as Web Emergency Closure (ECL), with the exception of hourly employees (example: Student Assistants, College Work Study, Technicians) and employees who have been previously designated as essential personnel.
